Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are welcomed at any time. Registration cancellations made in writing and postmarked, e-mailed, or faxed at least thirty days prior to the official start of the conference or workshop will result in a full refund less a processing fee (2002 Conference: $25) established by the CAL Executive Board. No phone cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds for cancellations postmarked after thirty days prior to the official start of the conference or workshop
