The winner of the 2004 CAL Conference Art Contest is Susan Clifton of Pikes Peak Library District, Colorado Springs.

Susan Clifton is a native of Colorado Springs, and works at Pikes Peak Library District -- her employer for the past 15 years. Before that, Susan worked at KRDO TV in the art department. Her degree in commercial arrt comes from El Paso Community College, now known as Pikes Peak Community College. Susan’s other artistic endeavors include stained glass, silver smithing, painting, illustration, and craft projects.
