  • Julie J. Boucher Memorial Award for Intellectual Freedom
    • Presented to a library professional or organization that actively promotes intellectual freedom within the library community.
  • Julie J. Boucher Community Honor Roll
    • Recognizes individuals or groups outside the library profession who have made significant contributions to the cause of intellectual freedom in Colorado.
