Welcome to CALCON 2021:  Building a Bridge to Tomorrow!

We are so excited to have you join us for an innovative year at CALCON2021!

CALCON 2021: Building a Bridge to Tomorrow is now accepting proposals for conference sessions. Presenting at CALCON offers the opportunity to build your professional network and experience lifelong learning with colleagues across the state. Whether your presenting a 15 or 60-minute session or working individually or as part of a team providing programming at CALCON is a wonderful way to share knowledge, experiences, and ideas. The conference's community-generated program showcases future directions, best practices, stories of successful collaborations, lessons learned, and solutions to community-wide issues within various program tracks.

Use this form to submit your proposal: CAL Program Submission Form UPDATED The deadline is March 1, 2021 – no extensions!

This planning worksheet can help you prepare your proposal.  Click here to access the worksheet.

Proposals will be reviewed by librarians from a variety of institutions with final selection by the conference organizers. This ensures that CALCON offers sessions on a range of topics from a diverse set of institutions and presenters.

Be on the lookout for volunteer opportunities to review session proposals in January 2021.
