How to receive your CAL emails

To ensure that important CAL Communications reach you, including press releases, surveys, meeting and event emails, newsletters, renewal reminders, and more, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click the link in your verification email.  Members may set up a password in the member area, which will verify their email.

  2. Check your spam for CAL email and add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

  3. Have your IT department white list CAL.  You can send the following link to your IT Department with that request.  This will set mail coming from your organization as coming from a desired sender. We have heard that many libraries are set up to block all mass mail, so you have to be specifically permitted to get around that issue. White listing will resolve that and is a global fix for any of your staff receiving mail through that system.
