Event Registration Cancellation Policy: 
Event registrations may be transferred to another member from your organization at any time without fees. Cancelled registrations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations made on or before seven (7) day’s prior to the event will be refunded minus 10% of the registration cost as a processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made after 7 day’s prior to the event. This policy does not apply to CALCON. Please see the CALCON Registration for specific cancellation details for that event.
