Gaming Interest Group

Join the GIG to share your knowledge and learn more about board, video, and role playing games in library collections & programming.

The Gaming Interest Group is a space for library workers of all stripes to share their wisdom, learn from others, and get connected to valuable resources to encourage the inclusion of gaming in their programs, collections, and beyond! Whether it's video games, board games, tabletop roleplaying games or even educational and party games, we're building a network enthusiasts, experts, and newbies to learn and grow together. Speak with librarians who have onsite video game consoles for check out, discuss the creation and curation of circulating board game collections, learn about how to gamify classes with tabletop roleplaying, and so much more!
