Reader's Advisory Interest Group

The mission of the Readers' Advisory Interest Group is to foster interest in providing readers’ advisory services and support library staff in improving their skills in all types of advisory, including advice for listeners and viewers in addition to readers. The group will assist library staff in cultivating a lifelong love of reading in their communities by creating opportunities to share information and resources.

We will strive to host a quarterly Zoom meeting on the second Thursday from 12-1pm MST, starting in January. See CAL's online calendar for links. With greater and consistent  of members, we can work towards offering further opportunities for in-person networking and community engagement.

To join the Readers’ Advisory Interest Group, please add RAIG on your member profile (view instruction video HERE) and contact the co-chairs for more information.
